Hi there are you doing any better? Have they gotten your pain under better control? If so what has worked for you. I have just gotten worse, mostly due to depression, but I wanted to check on you and see how you were doing.

I feel exactly like you, I feel like I have never had a remission, never have come back from relapses, but the relapses keep coming but the Dr. says they are not as often as I am saying they are. But when I read the criteria I fit the bill 100 %. They say exercise and doing things would be so good for me but I feel so sick all the time I can't do any of that and consequently over 4 years I have gained 50 lbs. So I am told I look fine, and fat, but I feel horrible and no one will help me. Just keep taking Copaxone, pain meds for the pain and anti depressants for the depression etc. I want more than that I want a life.

Well to be truthful, since I cannot for the life of me get into remission and I am having a bad flare, I feeling like there's no managing my MS right now aside from running back and forth to doctors 24/7 to get pain management and tests and to do follow up. It's gettin' old real fast! All I can do is just put one foot in front of the other. Sometimes, that's all you can do.
